Fulfillment Time
ExploringChild typically processes all orders within 1 to 2 business day. Exceptions may occur for large orders or out-of-stock items. We will notify you in the event that your order cannot be filled within a reasonable timeframe.
Your order may also be delayed if your credit card information cannot be verified. To prevent this, please make sure your name and billing address exactly matches the address on file with your credit card company. We take the highest measures possible to help prevent fraud, which helps us keep our costs down, and pass on those savings to our customers. For PayPal customers, please make sure that you use an address that has been confirmed through PayPal. More information on this process can be obtained when you sign in to your PayPal account.
ExploringChild is pleased to offer shipping via UPS and USPS.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight and destination of the package/s.
International Shipping Policy
The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your local Customs office for more information. For international orders over $200.00 we may require a method of payment other than credit card. Orders originating in certain "high risk" countries may not be paid for with a credit card. Surface delivery to international addresses is neither trackable nor insurable. Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

Exploring Child is located in Encinitas, San Diego. Shipping times for ground shipments vary depending on the package destination. Ground shipments are estimated times only.
